What is the cause of us struggling to stay on track; today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month.

Time
When was the last time you took time to reflect on your journey, self-reflection allows you to understand what's important.
We know that tracking in the moment is the ideal, it doesn't always however fit in our busy schedule's, so what alternative can we observe.

Preparation and Ideas
I often hear the reasons we are not on track is that we are bored with food choices.
What alternatives can we chose for our breakfast or at anytime, because who says cereals should only be eaten at breakfast.

Overnight Oats; add fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, honey, syrup, maple syrup, Cocoa Powder, Powdered Peanut Butter, swap Yogurt for Quark
Baked Oats; add fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, honey, syrup, maple syrup, Cocoa Powder, Powdered Peanut Butter, swap Yogurt for Quark
Eggs; Poached, Boiled Hard/Soft, Scrambled, Dry Fried, Omelette - Served on/with Toast, Avocado, Sausages, Black Pudding, Bacon, Legumes, Salad, Tomatoes, Salmon, Asparagus
Emotions
Life throws us lots of curve balls with different emotions;
Joy
Sadness
Guilt
Fear
Shame
Contentment
Anger
Stress
and these emotions often lead to food/eating; to feel better- to fill emotional needs, rather than your stomach. Unfortunately emotional eating doesn't fix the emotional problem in many respects it adds to them.
If we emotional eat remember the next meal is a fresh start and everyday is a new beginning. Not just weigh day.
Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper.
We often eat our meals the other way around today, but why do we not eat cereals and light meals (Soup) at Dinner time, and a full hearty meal for breakfast. Studies suggest that our bodies require energy to sustain us throughout the day, and our current eating habits need reflection.
Once you have taken the time to reflect your journey, take control of your journey by refocusing.
How can you regain control getting back on track to achieving your goals.
