Another great week on track just 833kCal over my deficit which has resulted in -1lb off.
I've averaged 1319kCal, 29g Fibre and 63g Protein per day.
We all have to remind ourselves weight loss is a journey, with the accountability of the scales and the support of each other as a group, is what will all need to achieve our goals, as alone we lose our way xxx
With your support and accountability, I am back on track after a year of emotional struggles, no not all the struggles have gone, but they are easing and i am managing them better, plus I am loving the support and motivation you all give me too.
