I was not happy when I got on the scales yesterday morning.
Food and Nutrient wise I was on track and only 535kCal over my weekly deficit, however I have had a week of poor sleep quality and that impacted me not being as active due to fatigue, resulting in the scales reporting a 1.5lb gain.
This reminds me there are lots of elements to achieving weight loss, not just the food we eat.
Even though I was not happy, I knew it wasn't going to break me, so I reminded myself to keep strong and to keep on track and to remember every day is a new day and a fresh start, in fact every meal is a fresh start xxx
