This week I have worked at changing just one habit.
The effects of changing that habit has snowballed on my whole journey, without realising it, as I have kept to my calorie deficit and balanced my nutrient intake.
The benefits to my journey has resulted in a 2.5lb loss, which I'm really proud of, and feel motivated that I will achieve my short term goal I set after New Year, of getting into the next stone bracket for or around my birthday, my reward will be treating myself to a new pair of jeans xxx
