I followed my own advice this week and reined in my eating, and challenged my food choices over the weekend, so I didn't have an uphill struggle over the week.
I also increased my NEAT this week by cutting my Mum's hedges.
These little adjustments supported my positive mindset, all week keeping me focused when things got emotionally challenging xxx
