Congratulations to (Uncle) Michael on achieving his Forth Gold Star for 4st off and his Fifth Silver Star for 63lb (4st 7lb) off.
Due to no fault of his own he unfortunately hasn't been weighed since 2nd February, but has remained on plan losing an additional 16lb (4st 10lb since starting his journey), under trialing circumstances, big shout out for (Uncle) Michael.
I'm so very proud of you all, keep up the great work xxx
