An amazing weight loss over the festive week from the Five open groups, totalling 7.5lb off, and the gains were much less than previous years, congratulations all on a great week xxx

A huge congratulations to Cassie on achieving her third Silver Star for 2st 7lb off. She enjoyed the Festive week keeping accountability, by tracking, even though over at times.
