What were the points you miss in the group talk week commencing the 24/5/21.


*48% of people have gained weight during lockdown in a new survey conducted by Kings College London and Ipsos MORI.

*Whilst anxiety and stress levels are high - we do comfort eat.

*Currently mental health is quite precarious and instead of feeling guilty or adding to anxiety we should focus on Health and Wellbeing rather than the data. (Scales)

*We should focus on what we can add to our diets rather than what we should remove i.e.

- I am getting my portion of fruit and vegetables everyday.

- I am getting my protein, wholegrains or carbohydrates.

- If I want a treat I can "occasionally"

*What are you going to do this week.
